The spaceWe chose to make *Bear Paw Cabin* a rental because of the awesome features it has like a large fully loaded kitchen, six bathrooms, two living areas and lots of parking with no stair entry. Is sits on about one acre of property. Great for multi family and group travel to gather and separate when needed. We have the BEST gameroom in Big Canoe with Karaoke! Perfection!

**We an wonderful kitchen. We have the best loaded kitchen with everything you need to cook large meals. Nice pots, crockpot, pans and bakeware, pottery dishes and Tupperware. You will have everything you need to cook and more. Best kitchen in Big Canoe, we promise!
There are four large bedrooms and all have an large en suite full baths as well as two half baths in the common spaces. Tons of closet space in bedrooms.
Two living rooms, one up and one down, each with a fireplace and 55" HDTV with Netflix, YouTube TV Channel Package and iHeart Radio. Very large kitchen with granite on the main level, and smaller kitchenette area on the lower level with a mini fridge to hold snacks during game time. Propane grill on the upper deck.
Free Full Size Washer and Dryer with Detergent and Dryer Sheets Provided. Beds come fully made for you to crawl into with new memory foam mattress toppers.

This is a perfect getaway in a gated mountain resort community with stunning mountain views and tons of relaxing cabin space for everyone to have the perfect getaway.
This is a gated community so guests/delivery guests will need to be placed on a list to enter. We can do this for you easily each time you let us know.
Due to wildlife activity, discarding of your trash is 12 minutes from the cabin next to the North Gate entrance of Big Canoe.
Please Note: The Clubhouse Restaurant will be closed From September 2, 2024 until Memorial Day 2025 for renovations. There are several restaurants outside the north gate that will remain open. The golf course is staying open.

This home has more parking than most in Big Canoe. There is a two car carport as well as a half circle driveway that can easily fit 8 cars during the day. Max five cars overnight please.

Queen Suite - Two Queen Beds. Large en suite bathroom with one sink and shower and tub combo.
Queen Bunk Suite 2 - One Queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds. Large en suite bathroom with one sink and shower and tub combo.
New Full Sleeper Sofa in Gameroom. Pillows and extra blankets in closet in downstairs bedroom.
Fun for the kids (and big kids) Ping Pong Table, Board games, giant Connect 4 and Tic Tac Toe.
Please bring your own beach towels. Bath towels not to be taken to beach or lakes please.

Wheelchair accessible coming into the home on main level. Shower in Master bath has small shower curb to enter. Toilets are *not* handicap accessible.
This home has wireless internet throughout. Bear Paw Cabin is a upscale cabin rental that offers the convenience of more privacy for larger parties, as well as the convenience of being under 5 minutes from Big Canoe Activities.
***Amenities in Big Canoe are a separate charge. We can send you Amenity Rates upon request.
Inclement Weather: While not often, occasionally inclement weather will affect the North Ga. Mountains. We do not provide refunds for inclement weather and recommend our guests take advantage of travel insurance option if concerned. While our roads are well maintained, and our cabin is easily accessible in any automobile, mountain roads should be driven with the utmost care.

Neighborhood overviewBig Canoe is a private 8,000 acre resort nestled in the North Georgia mountains between Jasper and Dawsonville and only about an hours drive from Atlanta. Big canoe includes 3 man-made lakes (Petite, Scott, and Disharoon). Lake Petite is the largest of the three and provides drinking water to the community.
Getting aroundDriveway can hold between 5-7 cars. There is a two car carport. You must drive to amenities which are 5 minutes away.
